In fact their German anti-Rohatyn/jewish bankers pamphlet for the 2006 Berlin campaign ( http://www.bueso.de/seiten/medien/Wahl_Berlin3.pdf) used that expression "locust" against jewish bankers (synarchist - lazard/rohatyn etc) and DESPITE concerns from the German press (Der Spiegel) and that of Jewish personalities that this "locust" expression could be antisemitic!!!
While the then-SPD chairman distributed to the press a list of 12 banks/hedge funds that are part of a socalled "locust list"... the difference with the Bueso is that Bueso are far more explicit at targeting jewish financiers only...!!!
